You get the feeling that as he stepped off the stage at the Eventim Apollo (better known to music lovers as the Hammersmith Odeon) on 25th November, Jason Isbell signed off on the press release for a special run of solo shows – with the EU/UK run kicking off on 2nd February 2025.

The EU/UK dates will kick off at Berlin’s Columbia Theatre on 2nd February 2025 and conclude 10 days later at Dublin’s Vicar Street on 12th February 2025.  The dates will include a night at the Barbican in London on 10th February 2025.  Isbell will then embark on a series of dates in the US taking in Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and a four-night stint at The Pinnacle in Nashville before concluding in Atlanta.

Isbell’s recent tour with the 400 Unit showcased the songs from his latest album “Weathervanes” and set them in a broader instrumental concept with more emphasis on performance and less on songcraft than fans had been used to previously.

As a taster you can see Isbell performing ‘Cast Iron Skillet’, for which he won the Grammy as Best American Roots Song, on the “Daily Show”. These are the dates and venues. Tickets will go on sale on 29th November 2024 and are available here.
