This is a really interesting thread if you can follow it through. Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon has got involved in a Twitter spat after attacking Hillary Clinton’s recent comments about Bernie Sanders. It comes after leaked excerpts of her new book suggest that she “harbors a fair amount of animosity toward Sanders following the brutal 2016 election” as Stereogum put it, writing: “[Sanders] didn’t get into the race to make sure a Democrat won the White House, he got in to disrupt the Democratic Party.” Which does seem a bit nonsensical given that many commentators agree he had a much better chance than the flawed Clinton candidacy. Anyway, Vernon tweeted:
Hillary coming out and saying Bernie disrupted the Democratic Party, when all she did was represent the Status Quo… infuriates me. #disrupt

And a Twitter row ensued. You can read the whole story over at Stereogum here. In the meantime if the world is all getting a bit much at the moment, here’s Justin not arguing about politics (although he is of course right).
