Well that’s it for us for another week dear reader. Apologies to our Political Pops fans if you were expecting your fix this morning, Mr Villers is on a short sabbatical but will be back in the not too distant future. If you haven’t voted yet in our “best americana album of all time” readers poll, you can still do so until Sunday evening – the more votes we get the more representative it will be of our readership so please do take part if you have a spare minute. You can vote here. Finally then this week we leave you with a stunning new track from LA’s Lord Huron whose new album ‘Long Lost’ arrives in May. Sounding like something from The Sadies a few years back, or even The Shadows, with the epic scope of Ennio Morricone, be warned that ‘Mine Forever’ will probably be lodged in your brain for the weekend. Which is no bad thing. Have a good one.
