The Tallest Man on Earth releases new EP online

If you don’t know the Tallest Man on Earth aka Kristian Matsson then you’re masochistically sparing yourself from a treat (although he isn’t actually the tallest man on earth).  Pitchfork report: “The Tallest Man on Earth has released a new collaborative EP with yMusic, the New York City-based chamber ensemble. The collection features new versions of songs from throughout the Tallest Man on Earth’s catalog, as well as a cover of Joan Baez’s “East Virginia.” Stream the whole thing below. A vinyl edition of the EP is due out in early October. The Tallest Man on Earth’s last album was 2015’s Dark Bird Is Home. Since then he shared the singles “Rivers” and “Time of the Blue.”
