Huguenots are a London-based 5-piece led by the duo of singer-songwriter Bayly Pike and multi-instrumentalist Tom Fleming, who previously worked together in the acclaimed indie band King of Spain. They’ve been working on an EP, and the five tracked ‘Heyford EP‘ is due out in July. It’s had an interesting evolution as it was originally released in 2014, but that was a limited run affair – ‘Heyford‘ has now been remixed and remastered by engineer Rowland Prytherch for a new shiny release.
‘The Way Around Your Heart‘ has an optimistic vibe to it – there may be troubled waters behind but, hey, everything could go fine from here on in – after all anyone who calls you their “sugar lipped honey” must like you a bit, right?
