There’s a lovely rhythmic foundation to this new single from The Hanging Stars. It builds well, driven by excellent musicianship – great drums, keys and guitar. The song is tale about a cult leader from the perspective of his latest recruit set to a foot-tapping blend of folk, country and rock sounds. It’s taken from their just-released third album, ‘A New Kind of Sky’. Look out for dates across the UK in March and April.
