Kelly's one of the "hidden" tracks in the latest Back Pages coming up, a song called Buffalo Ballet which is quite cool.

You’re right about “Gossip” Mark, not available on band camp or iTunes. Who’d have thought such an iconic album would be so difficult to get hold of.

Indeed Graeme. Although completely forgot my favourite Paul Kelly album is actually "So Much Water.." released back in 1989 and which has a tangentinal connection with Willy Vlautin.

Although I’d heard of Paul Kelly, I’d never listened to his music until an Australian colleague lent me a few CDs back in 2008. He has an incredible body of work, but I’d agree that So Much Water, So Close to Home is his best.

There are also some great songs on Hidden Things, including the sublime “Other People’s Houses”.
