Dylan LeBlanc “Coyote” – not to be trusted

Credit: Abraham Rowe

The new single from Dylan LeBlanc latest release is its title track – it’s a dusty tale of nefarious doings South of the border, as crime is once more seen as the route out of poverty.  . The song also includes an ode to Santa Muerte, a saint often worshipped by cartels as they pray for safe passage during their illegal endeavors. LeBlanc explains “Coyote is a man whose name is derived from being a loner within a pack. And it explains the kind of man he is inside his own desperation and circumstances.”

The album ‘Coyote‘ is out on 20th October via ATO Records.

Sure, I could climb high in a tree, or go to Skye on my holiday. I could be happy. All I really want is the excitement of first hearing The Byrds, the amazement of decades of Dylan's music, or the thrill of seeing a band like The Long Ryders live. That's not much to ask, is it?
