It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year (again)

That’s right – it’s 30 Days of November from the Grateful Dead.  As they say themselves “based on the year we’ve just had, it’s safe to say, we’re all looking for a miracle every day! Well, we’re here to grant that wish.

It’s the same old story – thank goodness – you follow the link, you download an archive song each day and you sit back for a few minutes (or maybe half an hour or more) and bask in the infinite pleasures of a Grateful Dead recording.  At the end of the month you have a very full album.

Day 1 was Jack-A-Roe.  Nice.

Sure, I could climb high in a tree, or go to Skye on my holiday. I could be happy. All I really want is the excitement of first hearing The Byrds, the amazement of decades of Dylan's music, or the thrill of seeing a band like The Long Ryders live. That's not much to ask, is it?
