It would be remiss of us before we go to not mention today the new album out from Wirral born band The Coral, ‘Coral Island’, which is quite lovely in parts and has a real Byrdsy vibes at times, among some of the eeriness. But we leave you this week with another collaborative track between Bonnie “Prince” Billy and Matt Sweeney. ‘Resist the Urge’ is taken from their new album ‘Superwolves’ out today on Drag City. The video is directed by skateboarders Kevin “Spanky” Long and Atiba Jefferson. “Spanky and Atiba’s video rules,” said Will Oldham in a statement. “We try to make the listener feel insanely at home in a musical space.
