Something for the weekend: Snowglobe “People”

Well that’s it from us for another week dear reader and we leave you with a new song from the Athens/Memphis outfit Snowglobe, a band I first came across during my one and only foray into SXSW back in 2008, in the days when I could stay up all night and not suffer for it for the next week. From memory one of the band had a monkey’s head on when they played, and there were no psychedelics involved so it wasn’t a hallucination. They were just epic anyway and I have followed them ever since although their output has been less prolific in recent years. They’ve just released a pair of albums “The Climb” and “The Fall” which have many highlights, one being this track ‘People’ which has been swirling around my head since I first heard it 3 weeks ago. Head here for the whole thing.

Particularly after the most recent horrific scenes from Palestine, please support your local action if you can this weekend – details here. Take care and have a good one.
