Video: Dana Gavanski “Yesterday is Gone”

Here is the title track from Dana Gavanski’s newly-released album, ‘Yesterday is Gone’, which is both a break-up album and a challenge to herself to confront her feelings.  When Gavanski sings, “I’m learning…to wrap my feelings in a song,” it’s a way of setting out the task before her and the depth of new reflection required.  The music is timeless and her voice is engaging.  The colourful video was filmed in the Montreal Metro system, the perfect location and an excellent introduction to Dana Gavanski.  Check it out.
