The absorbing video for ‘Cosmic Noon’ focuses on old images and footage of the Moon and Earth. It’s a perfect accompaniment for a futuristic, cosmic take on love: an old theme from a new angle. Moore has spent much of his musical career writing ‘classical’ music and this has clearly influenced his approach. There are surprising melodic, sonic and compositional turns in this engaging song from his second album, ‘Visions of a Perfect Life’, which was released at the end of August. Enjoy.
