A catchy tune and a clever video make this new release from Mitch Dean stand out. It’s the first single and opening track from ‘Holding Back the Levee’, due out on 19th June. After time spent in rock band The Marzies and country group The Distance, this is Dean’s debut full-length solo release. The Australian singer-songwriter is known for writing emotional, human stories. Of the upcoming album, Dean says: “I wanted to make something that sounded like all the albums I love to listen to. From Neil Young through to The Jayhawks.” ‘A Face in a Long Line’ is a taste of what’s to come.
