New Zealand folk trio Albi & The Wolves make a big sound with just three people – Chris Dent fronts the band on guitar whilst Pascal Roggen adds electric violin and bass comes from Micheal Young. All three sing – and add a fair bit of stomp! ‘This Is War‘ jauntily rails at someone who has taken you for a ride and then left you flat. It’s seething rage – but it’s darn jaunty too.
