If you’re looking at the weather forecast for this bank holiday weekend and wishing you were somewhere you could enjoy some great music while not needing to own a jumper in the next few weeks, God with a capital G has smiled down on you. Summer Pie is a small format festival organized by the cultural association PecancPie música i cultura who have planned two nights of folk-rock, americana and power-pop (always a great combination in our eyes). The concerts take place in the emblematic open-air patio of the Museum of Modern Arts of Palma de Mallorca, Es Baluard.
This year’s festival takes place on Friday June 14th and Saturday June 15th with a fringe concert on Thursday June 6th, and includes artist such as Bennett Wilson Poole (UK), Romantica (USA), Ren Harvieu (UK), Odd Years (Canada), Felix Holt & The Radicals (UK), Royal Castles (Canada) and also from Mallorca: Fame & The Flames, Juanjo Monserrat, Together & Roller Disco Combo. More information and tickets are available from the official website here.
