Now, as you may recall, we find Wednesday to be one of those tough sort of days – a long way into the week and a long way still from the weekend. Wednesday afternoon is quite widely agreed to be one of the least groovy parts of the whole day. So, as a balm to our sagging consciousness when there’s something worth hearing that is also an instrumental we like to groove down that channel. Sad to tell the good instrumental is currently in short supply, so we’re heading way back when, deep into the ‘Fifth Dimension‘ (watch your step – we don’t want you to fall through that mystical tripping-hole) to find The Byrds in an uncharacteristically soulful-blues-grooving mode.
